Alternative Dispute Resolution
I believe we have become disconnected as a society, not only from each other, but from ourselves. In multiple practice domains; family, education, workplace, and community, I have worked with people in conflict. I have been a witness to their frustration, their struggle, and, their relief in discovering their priorities and what they need to come to resolution. It is my personal mission to create an environment that supports interconnectedness and empowers individuals to be conscious, non-reactive decision makers. My approach to alternative dispute resolution, incorporates Mindfulness principles and brain-based strategies; promoting balanced decision making and encourages healthy and positive resolution.
Research suggests this leads to greater happiness, more productivity and a more connected community. I work specifically in Family, Special Education, Workplace and Community alternative dispute resolution.
